Well this here is page 5 of the ongoing narrative! Not much happening yet. Our hero is just trying to keep himself out of harm's way, while still managing to avoid starvation!
Not to spoil anything, but I cannot wait until I can stop drawing forest scenes!!
So, when I was a younger lad, I really enjoyed the art of origami. I never got very good at it, but it was still an enjoyable experience. I decided to give it another go today, but with poor results.
I did however manage to make some strange dog-lookin' thing.
Went to a 7 deadly sins party in Lafayette this weekend, wherein everyone dressed as one of the sins. I had some pretty good ideas, but ended up just drawing grapes on my shirt.
My two very, very guilty pleasures in life are coffee and booze. I consume for more than is fit for an average sized elephant. I'm pretty confident it'll be the death of me, BUT OH WELL.
A little explanation. Over time our household has collected various magnet poetry sets, which slowly migrate together to form these miniature works of art! With photographic add-ons, I figured they'd make a great comic!

So here's page 4 of the narrative, and it was a tough one for me! Tried to show the sun setting, but with just black and white, it's tricky! Hopefully I got the idea across. There's another character in the first panel, who we'll be seeing further down the line. But for now, SUSPENSE~
Despite being in the South, it is freezing here in New Orleans right now! It doesn't help that our house is held together with duct tape and Mexicans. Meanwhile, Tyler and Chela are living it up in Costa Rica. Mafo and I are so happy for them.
